WAREHOUSE

Quimimont operates from two facilities in the province of Barcelona: its SENTMENAT site, which functions as a duty warehouse, and concurrently at the external bonded warehouse located in Barberà del Valley, CISVASA.

Our warehouses are equipped to handle chemical products of various types, according to the legal and technical regulations applicable to them. Therefore, our facilities include the necessary resources:

• Stock tanks of 40 m³, 20 m³, and 13 m³, with some dedicated to products subject to Special Taxes.
• Processing tanks ranging from 2.5 m³ to 13 m³.
• A warehouse for flammable liquid products.
• A warehouse for non-flammable liquid and solid products.

PACKAGING AND FORMULATION

We have packaging lines for formats ranging from 250 cc to 1,000-liter IBCs.

We ship in tankers of 5 to 24 metric tons, ISO tanks, and intermodal units.

We advise on creating custom product blends and formulations tailored to our customers’ specifications.

We contract-manufacture formulated products for third parties under their own brands, either with formulations designed by the client – confidentiality guaranteed by a confidentiality agreement (D.C. document) – or drawing on our wide range of formulated products.

We currently package products for prestigious, well-known brands.

LOGISTICS

QUIMIMONT distributes its products directly from its plant or from production plants, international ports, local terminals, or storage warehouses.

Our Logistics and Production department manages the receipt of goods (raw materials, packaging materials, and containers) and their documentation, before storing them in the appropriate warehouse/location according to how they must be handled based on their degree of hazard, flammability, etc.

Quimimont gives its customers the option of collecting finished products from its warehouse with their own transport, or having them delivered to their destination, either by our own vehicles or through well-known carriers, GUARANTEEING A FAST AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

LIQUID WASTE MANAGEMENT

We offer our customers, directly or through our distributors, liquid waste management services. We use our own suitable transport to collect the waste and, to process it, we draw on the synergy with one of the group companies, Distiller SA.
