APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and by the rest of the applicable Spanish legislation.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED

QUIMIMONT will process your personal data for the following purposes:
• To respond to inquiries and requests made through this website’s contact form, by email or by phone, including requests for safety data sheets (MSDS) and quotes. The data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to you and, if a business relationship arises from the inquiry, for the period indicated in the next section.
• To carry out the sale and promotion of our products and services and the maintenance and management of the contractual relationship. The data will be kept for this purpose while the contract is in force and, once terminated, for the limitation period of any potential liabilities arising from the contract.

• In the event that you send us your curriculum vitae, the personal data contained therein will be processed to manage your participation in selection processes and will be retained for this purpose until you object or withdraw your consent.

The data that QUIMIMONT will process are: (i) identifying data (name, surname, ID number, professional postal address, professional email address and phone); (ii) personal characteristics data (position and company); and (iii) commercial information data. In the case of curriculum vitae sent to us, QUIMIMONT will process the data contained in them.

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for QUIMIMONT’s processing of your data is the contractual relationship we maintain or that you request, and, where applicable, the correct execution of the requested contract, which would not be possible otherwise.
